CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. Cleaning is the guest's responsibility. For stays for more than 7 days, we will make a complete cleaning with a change of clothes and will be combined in the check. If something does not work during your stay, let us know as soon as possible.

 

Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is a good WiFi internet connection throughout the house.

 

NUMBER OF PEOPLE. It depends on the chosen house.

 

ANIMALS. Dogs or other pets are allowed.

Except for animals of hazardous races, namely dogs belonging to the following races, or resulting from crosses with them:

- Brazilian queue dog.

- Dog Argentine.

- Pit Bull Terrier.

- Rottweiller.

- American Staffordshire.

- Staffordshire Bull Terrier.

- Tosa Inu.

 

SMOKE. It is expressly forbidden to smoke indoors, you can do so outside the houses.

 

Television and music. There is no television in the bedroom but there is in the room. Remember that there are neighbors, if you decide to put music in your room, do not put it too loudly so as not to disturb others.

 

ARRIVAL. We need to know your arrival time so we can receive them in the houses of Loureira. The entrance time is from 16:00 and the exit must be until 11:00. If you arrive early, we will keep your luggage.

 

KEYS. We deliver a copy of the key to the house. Please take good care of her during your stay and don't forget to return it when you leave!

 

Care and responsibilities. We hope it will treat everything carefully. All specific rules for the use of the house and their equipment must be respected during the reserve period. If there is a problem, damage or malfunction, let us know immediately so we can repair it as soon as possible. We also hope you respect the rest of the neighbors, the loud music or noise that may disturb neighbors should be avoided. The person responsible for the reservation will be responsible for ensuring that their companions maintain proper conduct. If this person or their caregivers do not maintain proper behavior, the houses of Loureira reserves the right to expel guests and their companions from the house, losing the right to any compensation or complaint.

 

Payment means: early bank transfer, MBway or in cash. For each day late 20.00 € of penalty will be charged.

 

Fees: Cleaning rate per stay, according to the house.

 

Extras: Extra 10 € / set towels. Extra 15 € / set sheets.

 

Electric cars: The loading of electric cars is prohibited.

It has in Vila Nova de Cerveira 2 Tesla loading stations in the City Hall Park and normal in Friendship Park next to Rio Minho and Pingo Doce Park.

 

The Loureira Houses are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that occurs during the reserve period in the house, including personal damage or injury caused by fire, theft or criminal conduct, nor will it be responsible for failures in goods or services provided by Third parties, in these services includes water, electricity, internet and TV, but immediately notify us if any of these problems occurs, so that we can solve it as soon as possible.
